Schools hold some of the most sensitive information there is. WRAB SCHOOL is designed around keeping it private, with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind.
Hosted in India
School data is stored on servers in India, with regular backups.
Every school kept separate
Each school's data is isolated from every other school's, enforced throughout the system and tested.
Access by role
Teachers see their own classes, accountants see fees, parents see only their own children, drivers see only their passenger list.
Two-step verification
Owners, administrators and accountants confirm sensitive actions, such as refunds, payroll and publishing results, with a second factor.
Audit trail
Important changes are recorded: who did what, and when.
Encryption
Files and sensitive details such as bank accounts are encrypted. Passwords are never stored, only secure hashes.
Consent built in
Families decide about website photos and APAAR IDs in the app, and can change their mind.
AI with limits
AI is off unless the school turns it on, only the minimum needed is shared, and safeguarding matters never leave WRAB's servers.
No advertising, no selling data
School and family data is used only to run the school's services.
